RECEPTIONISTS
Diane Delgado:
Diane has worked at AIAH for two years. She is married and has two children, a teen aged daughter and a newborn son. She also shares her home with three dogs and one cat. Diane has been involved professionally with animals for about 15 years. She has trained dogs, C.G.C evaluations, managed Pet Stores and now is happy to be part of our animal hospital.
Sayaka Nakamura:
Sayaka has come to us from the corporate world, having recently graduated from Professional Veterinary Assistant's School. She is spending a lot of time in reception, but as circumstance allows, she will become more immersed in the assistant aspect of the practice.
TECHNICIANS
Diana Grice:
Diana has several years experience in the animal care field. She serves as our animal treatment coordinator in addition to her other duties as a technician. Diana graduated from Cal Poly, Pomona with a degree in Animal Science with a Pre-Vet/grad option.
In her spare time she continues to volunteer her services at a local animal shelter.
Samantha Carroll:
Sam has worked in the veterinary field for a few years now. She has worked in emergency and and other small animal hospitals. Sam is attending school to be an RVT. Her goal is to be an "Animal Cop" and help to wipe out animal cruelty. She appreciates her colleagues here at AIAH, which she credits for most of her veterinary medical knowledge.
In her spare time Sam enjoys watching tv crime shows like CSI and NCSI and she also likes soccer.
Gina Sissoyev:
Gina has been working in the veterinary field for seven years and graduated from the Professional Veterinary Assistant School in June 2007. She is currently hitting the books to prepare for her upcoming RVT test. Her greatest passion is animals, she alsways says "Where else are you going to get kisses for doing your job". Gina has 1 cat and 1 dog and they were both rescues.
Liora Schneider:
Liora received her AA in Animal Health Technology from Mesa College in San Diego. After doing her student internships at two animal hospitals in San Diego, she moved back to Orange County. We are happy to have her join our technical staff as a room tech and back office tech.
Sam Kong:
Sam graduated from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Animal Science and is pursuing licensure as an RVT. He has held numerous positions in the veterinary field prior to joining our staff
ASSISTANTS
Norberto Limon:
Norberto wears many hats here at AIAH. He is a great assistant to the technicians - a role he has been expanding with his increasing knowledge.In addition, he keeps the hospital clean and sanitary with his maintenance skills. He is always busy-if he's not assisting the technicians, you can find him outside watering the plants or in the back helping Trini and Eva. He is a dedicated employee and we are happy to have him on our team.
Will Zepeda:
Will joins our staff with a varied background most recently as a backroom assistant at another veterinary hospital. He is currently cross training as an assistant and also helping us with the reception area.
Jennifer Lin:
Jennifer recently moved back to the OC from the San Diego area, having interned at the California Wolf Center in Julian and worked at a veterinary hospital in San Diego. She is also cross training as an assistant in the front, pharmacy and back room. Like Sayaka and Will, she is also helping with the reception area.
KENNEL AND GROOMING
Trinidad Rangel:
Trini is responsible for taking care of our patients while they are boarding. She is also one of our bathers. She loves her job and enjoys caring for your pets while they are here and does a great job with brushing and bathing. Trini is very kind and gentle, she is a vital member of our team.
Evangelina Espinosa:
Eva comes to us with many years experience in animal care. She is the one who spoils all of the pets in our hospital. She and Trini are an amazing team in our kennel and bathing department. Eva is always smiling and is always happy. She spoils our staff members with her homemade salsa!
